Our Mission

The purpose of the Louis Joliet Society is to provide a source of information, a means of communication, and a unified voice to Marquette University alumni and others in the Marquette family who are committed to rediscovering, restoring and preserving authentic Catholic identity in all aspects of the university.

Our vision

The Louis Joliet Society seeks to help guide Marquette University back to its former status as a leading institution in the advancement of the Catholic intellectual tradition.

A Catholic University, as Catholic, informs and carries out its research, teaching, and all other activities with Catholic ideals, principles, and attitudes.
